Orysin is a product studio and technology consultancy. We help founders evaluate ideas, conduct research and analysis, and build technology products.

Our Website is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By using this Website, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

If you are accessing the Website on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

• does not guarantee that Orysin will accept your project, respond with a detailed evaluation, or engage with you further;
• does not automatically create a paid engagement, client relationship, or any contractual obligation on Orysin's part to perform any particular service;
• does not create a partnership, agency, employment, joint venture, or fiduciary relationship between you and Orysin;
• does not constitute an offer by Orysin to provide, and does not entitle you to receive, a full market research report, business analysis, PESTEL analysis, competitor analysis, or any other specific deliverable.

Any paid services — including research, consulting, product development, or other deliverables — will be governed by a separate written service agreement or statement of work agreed between the parties.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when using our Website. You represent that:

• you are authorised to disclose any information you submit;
• your submission does not violate any obligation of confidentiality, non-disclosure, or restriction you may be subject to (including obligations to a current or former employer or counterparty);
• your submission does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights.

• the commercial success, viability, or profitability of any business idea or product;
• that any analysis or research we provide will be error-free, complete, or current;
• that any product we help develop will achieve market acceptance;
• investment, funding, or any other third-party commitment or outcome;
• the accuracy of market data, competitor information, or external data sources used in any analysis.

Any analysis, research, or recommendation we provide represents our professional assessment based on information available to us at the time. It does not constitute legal, financial, regulatory, tax, or investment advice. You should seek independent professional advice before making significant business, financial, or legal decisions.

• Aggregate cap. Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our Website shall not exceed the amount, if any, that you have paid to Orysin in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. For the free initial submission stage, where no payment has been made, our aggregate liability shall not exceed INR 5,000.
• Statutory rights preserved. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Orysin and its directors, employees, agents, and successors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from or relating to:

• your breach of these Terms;
• your misuse of our Website;
• your submission of inaccurate, unauthorised, or misleading information; or
• your infringement of any third party's rights.

We may suspend or restrict your access to our Website at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if your use is harmful to us, our users, or third parties. We are not required to provide notice before exercising this right, although we will endeavour to do so where reasonable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date and version number at the top of this page.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Tirupati, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh, India.

If a dispute arises between you and Orysin, we encourage you to contact us first to seek an amicable resolution. Many issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days of written notice, either party may refer it to the courts at Tirupati, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh as specified above.
